Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery within Australia

We serve customers from all Australian States and Territories; including Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia. We aim to send out all orders the same day we receive them (excluding belt orders). However due to fluctuations in demand, some orders may not be sent until the next business day.

All deliveries are sent via Australia Post.

Australia Post Express (next day) - with tracking

  • Small satchel (under 500 grams) - $12.00
  • Large satchel (500 grams to 3 kg) - $16.00

Standard Australia Post - NO Tracking

  • Small satchel (up to 125 grams) - $3.50
  • Small satchel (up to 250 grams) - $4.50

Australia Post Regular (between two or four days) - with tracking

  • Small satchel (under 500 grams) - $8.50
  • Large satchel (500 grams to 3 kg) - $14.00

Buttons

We aim to send out button orders the same day we receive them. However due to fluctuations in demand, some orders may not be sent until the next business day.

 

Belts

Allow 7 working days for completion of covered belt orders.

Please Note: Orders are sent out when payment is received into the Buttonmania account.

International Deliveries

Overseas orders delivered by Australia Post Airmail.

 

Payment Methods

The methods of payment available are, as follows;

Direct Deposit (by Internet Banking)

An increasing number of people are using this form of payment. Our BSB and account number are provided upon Checkout or receipt of Mail Order. When payment is confirmed into our account, we send.


Credit Card (directly through Website)
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa through a secure, hosted payment gateway provided by Stripe. Stripe processes payments on a rolling seven-day basis. When payment is received, we send.

Credit Card (by Telephone)
We can also process credit card payments over the telephone during my business hours. Some customers feel more confident processing payments directly over the phone and this call can also be a good opportunity to clarify any particular product availability or delivery queries you may have.
PAYPAL (Credit Card or Paypal Balance)
This is another very popular method of payment and customers often feel this is preferable if a transaction is being placed from an overseas location.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Buttonmania has a No Refund and No Exchanges policy.
